Rachel, MME, MT-BC at Interluding Opus, LLC, has provided supervision over the last several years in the following ways:

  • as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • as a Practicum Supervisor

  • as an Internship Supervisor

  • as an Internship Director

  • as a peer supervisor in peer supervision settings

Supervision Approach & Style 

There are several models that inform Rachel's supervision style. Overall, her style can be described as eclectic.

For some, supervision is sought to process cases, better understand behavioral approaches, learn more about trauma informed care, or be more concise with documentation. Regardless of the reason, Rachel will engage in an evaluation with you to better understand your learning preferences and style. She can also provide resources, help generate ideas, and process tough sessions. Each supervision relationship strives to be supportive, informative, and informed by best practice.

Music Therapists work in a complex modality. Supervision from other credentialed and licensed therapists may be helpful, but sometimes chatting with another MT-BC feels the most supportive and inclusive. At Interluding Opus, LLC, Rachel provides well-rounded, compassionate, clinically informed supervision. She has had many years of experience teaching and partnering with others throughout their undergrad, practicum, internship, and credentialed experiences. She truly enjoys working with others, processing cases, and helping improve or build skills.

Fees:  85.00 per 50-60 minute session

          45.00 per 30 minute session
